Group and 1 to 1!

Mentor Coaching with Lyssa was both playful and empowering. Lyssa has an amazing ability to model what it is you need to have in order to be an MCC level coach. My coaching has deepened as a result of this process. Things are easier. I'm more creative. And the coaching is deeper, more intimate, and empowering for the client.

Great Experience!

I liked the way Lyssa facilitated the entire workshop. She made us feel comfortable and allowed us to be ourselves. I didn't expect to learn so much about the competencies but also about myself, as a coach. Coaching is not so much about the methodology; it's about the coming together of a person with the competencies.

I highly recommend!

I got actual support and reinforcement of the learning. The biggest surprise was how much I bonded with everybody. We were all different but we were all on this learning journey together. I am a lot more confident in my coaching! I better understand what I need to do to improve. I can adapt in the moment, even in the middle of a session. I also audited for free!

Do it!

My biggest take-a-way was to get out of my way as a coach and focus completely on the client. Fantastic program and great group experience. We were all from different backgrounds and levels of experience and we formed a very cohesive group. No matter where you are in your coaching journey, Lyssa has the skills to help you.
