Group SUPERVision

One of the richest forms of development comes from the moments where we choose to be courageous and curious with ourselves and our coaching. Coaches benefit from inquiry as much as their clients do.

Reflection. Integrity. Community. This is a Monthly SUPERVision Group for Coaches - 2 hours once a month. You have access to twelve sessions over a year. Come monthly, or how the sessions meet your schedule.

We meet monthly in the morning AM Pacific Time.
Enroll anytime and pick up at the next session. We meet the 2nd Weds of each month.

Group SUPERVision for Coaches

Because coaches need a space to breathe, reflect, in community, and be real.

Coaching can be deeply rewarding, but also lonely at times. We’re out there holding space for everyone else, navigating complexity, staying curious… but who’s holding space for us?

That’s where Group SUPERVision comes in. It’s not therapy. It’s not training. It’s a dedicated space to slow down, make sense of what’s unfolding in your coaching, and grow alongside other thoughtful, committed coaches.

What Happens in Group SUPERVision?

We talk about the real stuff. The messy stuff. The "I don’t know what to do here" stuff. Whether you're stuck with a client, bumping up against your own edges, or sitting with something that felt off in a session, this is a space to unpack it.

We explore what’s underneath the surface. Not to get it "right," but to get curious, together.

Why It Matters

Coaching is a practice. Supervision helps you stay in practice: ethically, creatively, and wholeheartedly. It’s where you notice your blind spots, reconnect to your strengths, and deepen your capacity to be with complexity.

In a good supervision group, you don’t just learn more. You see yourself more clearly. And that changes everything.

Who It’s For

If you’re a coach who values reflection, integrity, and community, you’ll feel right at home.
If you’re renewing your ICF credential, you can also count supervision hours toward your CCEs.

But most of all, if you’re someone who believes that who we are being as coaches matters just as much as what we’re doing, this is for you.
