What to expect

  • You record a 30-minute coaching demonstration.
  • Using the Coaching Competency Checklist, or RaeNotes capture what you notice about your use of the competencies.
  • Notice your strengths and desired stretches.
  • Share the link to edit your transcript with Lyssa.
  • Then Lyssa will spend an hour going through your recording, capturing the competencies she sees, highlighting important things the client shared, possible important issues, possible success measures, exploring choice points, and listening with the ear of an ICF Assessor.
  • Then we will spend an hour together discussing what you did well and where your growth opportunities are. 

Who is Intensive for?

  • You are working on your PCC or MCC credential and need the extra ears listening to your coaching.
  • You want a deep dive into what choice points might have been leveraged to create more partnership.
  • You want to have a high degree of confidence that your recording is connecting with the ICF Competencies and leans into Full Partnership.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a timeframe for using my Individual Mentor Coaching sessions?

When you purchase Individual Mentor Coaching, there are time frames in which to complete the mentoring.
  • 1 Session of Mentor Coaching gives you Two Months to complete the hour.
  • 3 Sessions of Mentor Coaching gives you Six Months to complete the three sessions.
  • 5 Sessions of Mentor Coaching gives you Eight Months to complete the five sessions.
  • 10 Sessions of Mentor Coaching gives you 1 Year to complete the mentor coaching sessions.

If you are enrolled in Group Mentor Coaching, these time frames begin upon the completion of your group.

If I do Individual Mentor Coaching, how many ICF CCE's will I receive?

You don't get ICF CCEs for Individual Mentor Coaching, I know... super sad. But, you do get Mentor Coaching hours which is cool. :)

If I take the Group Mentor Coaching Program, how many ICF CCE's will I receive?

In this program, you can get up to 7 Group Mentor Coaching Hours, PLUS 26 ICF Core Competencies, and 4 Resource Development CCEs, 30 CCEs total.

What's the refund policy for Individual Mentor Coaching?

For Individual Mentor Coaching, if we discover we are not a good fit, you may get a refund on unused mentor coaching sessions. You are responsible for all bank fees accrued or charged + a $50.00 handling fee.
