The PCC Markers

The ICF PCC Markers are fundamental to how we develop as coaches. The competencies hold the meaning, and the marker expresses the behaviors. 

Understanding these updated PCC Markers and demonstrating them will help coaches pass their certification recordings. Noting your demonstration strengths and having an awareness of your growth edges will support your success. Each marker is a micro-skill that you can explore.
